Hi there! I'm Gina Madden — a children's book author who believes every child deserves the chance to run, jump, explore, be silly, and have lots of fun. After all, you only get one childhood!
I've been storing up ideas for children's books for years. I believe that children should enjoy being children — running and jumping, exploring, being silly, and having lots of fun. After all, you only get one childhood!
Gina lives with her husband Greg on their hobby farm in California, where she enjoys tending to their chickens, goats, sheep, and other farm animals, as well as gardening, cooking, sewing, and creating fun stories for her grandchildren — and other fun kids!

Gardening and cooking are two of my favorite ways to unwind.
I love to sew — there's something magical about making things by hand.
My grandchildren are my biggest inspiration and my best test audience!
